We are a small studio and read every message. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
Q: Does Reckoner sync across my devices? A: Not yet. All calculations and settings are currently stored only on your device. iCloud sync may be added in a future update.
Q: How are my calculations saved? A: Each calculation is automatically saved as its own page. A completely empty page is removed when you leave it, but any page containing an expression is kept.
Q: Can I edit a previous calculation? A: Yes. Move the cursor to any position in the expression, then edit the numbers, operators, or parentheses directly.
Q: How do I find a previous calculation? A: Open History to browse your saved pages. You can name calculations and use search to find them more easily.
Q: How do I delete a calculation? A: Open History, then use the delete action on the page you want to remove. You can also open a page and use its menu to delete it.
Q: How do I clear the current expression? A: Tap the delete key to remove one character. Press and hold it to clear the entire expression.
Q: Can I copy both the expression and the result? A: Yes. You can copy the result by itself or copy the expression together with its result.
Q: Why is a large number shown in words below the result? A: Reckoner adds a readable approximation, such as million or billion, to help you understand the size of large results at a glance. The original numerical result is not changed.
Q: Does Reckoner include scientific functions? A: Yes. Switch to the scientific keypad to use functions including trigonometry, logarithms, powers, roots, factorials, π, and e.
Q: How do I switch between Matt White and Matt Black? A: Open History, switch to Settings, and select your preferred theme.
